Kyllini (grécky: Κυλλήνη) je prístavné mesto a obec v mestskej jednotke Kastro-Kyllini, Elis, Grécko. Nachádza sa na pobreží Iónskeho mora, 11 km západne od Andravida, 28 km severovýchodne od Zakynthosu a 39 km severozápadne od Pyrgosu. Z prístavu Kyllini existuje niekoľko trajektových spojení na iónske ostrovy Zakynthos a Kefalónia. Bola to konečná stanica teraz demontovanej železnice Kavasila–Kyllini. Ruiny stredovekého mesta Glarentza sa nachádzajú v Kyllini. Mesto bolo pomenované po Cyllene (starogrécky: Κυλλήνη), prístavnom meste starovekého Elisu. Okrem toho, že je Kyllini dôležitým prístavom v západnom Grécku, je tiež obľúbenou dovolenkovou destináciou. V oblasti Kyllini sa nachádza mnoho prímorských hotelov a luxusných rezortov.
