San Bartolomé de Tirajana is een dorp en een Spaanse gemeente in het zuidoostelijke deel van het eiland Gran Canaria in de provincie Las Palmas op de Canarische Eilanden. Met een oppervlakte van 333,13 km2 (128,62 vierkante mijl), is San Bartolomé de Tirajana de grootste gemeente qua oppervlakte op het eiland en ook op de Canarische Eilanden. De gemeente bevat de grote strandresorts van Maspalomas, waaronder Playa del Inglés en San Agustín, en het natuurpark Pilancones. De hoofdstad van de gemeente, het dorp San Bartolomé de Tirajana, ligt in de bergen, 17 km (11 mijl) van de kust en 27 km (17 mijl) ten zuidwesten van Las Palmas, op ongeveer 900 m (2.953 ft) hoogte.
