DAY 01 BARCELONA
Arrival at Barcelona International Airport. We will take a brief panoramic tour of the city, to get to know the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, designed by the Spanish/Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí, whose work on the building is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and other wonders of Barcelona. Reception and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

We will head to the center of Barcelona to take a detailed guided tour through the famous streets of the Gothic Quarter, letting yourself be enchanted by its unmatched architecture, we will visit the Plaza del Rey, which dates back to the time of the Roman foundation of Barcelona, we will also stroll along the pedestrian street of Bisbe that connects the Cathedral with the Plaza de Sant Jaume. DAY 02 BARCELONA – ZARAGOZA – MADRID

We begin with a brief panoramic tour of the city of Madrid, one of the liveliest cities in all of Europe, where we will tour the most important sites such as Plaza España, Gran Vía, Fuente de la Cibeles, Puerta de Alcalá, the famous bullring Las Ventas, etc. Then, continuing through the modern area, we will end in the Madrid of the Austrias. Charms such as Plaza Mayor and Plaza de Oriente will give a splendid end to this tour through the capital of Spain. Free afternoon to enjoy some optional excursion. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Departure early in the morning. We will travel towards the north of Spain passing through the regions of the Basque Country, on the way we will make a panoramic view of the city of Burgos, autonomous province belonging to the community of Castilla y León, highlighting its intact medieval architecture and featuring recognized places such as the Cathedral of Santa María, of French Gothic style, whose main doors are flanked by ornate bell towers. We will continue towards the French border, crossing through the wine region of France towards Bordeaux, capital of the Nouvelle Aquitaine region, port city on the Garonne River, our panoramic tour will begin at Place de la Bourse, we will continue through the Fountain of the Three Graces, its Parliament and the Miroir d’Eau, the largest reflecting fountain in the world. DAY 05 BORDEAUX – PARIS
Breakfast, departure towards the city of Paris, making on the way a brief stop in Blois, the old and historic city of France, where we can appreciate the emblematic Château de Blois declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The city is considered one of the most important in the region being inhabited throughout its history by seven kings and eleven queens. After the free time in Blois we continue until Paris, known as the “City of Light”. Accommodation.

We will start this spectacular night with a trip along the Seine River on one of the most romantic cruises in the world, discovering majestic Parisian monuments such as Pont de l'Alma, Musée d'Orsay and the Louvre Museum. This magical romantic night ends in the picturesque Latin Quarter (Quartier Latin), one of the most emblematic and vibrant neighborhoods of this city, not only for its vast history but also for its lively nightlife that satisfies all tastes.
DAY 06 PARIS
Breakfast. Departure to take our brief panoramic tour and tour the “City of Love” visiting its most emblematic places, crossing the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, Arc de Triomphe, National Assembly, Opera, Louvre Museum, Les Invalides, Champ de Mars, Eiffel Tower, etc. Ending in a unique experience “The Perfume Museum” where you immerse your senses in the environment of stills, essences, old photographs and films, both archive and recent, reviewing the different eras of perfume making and testifying to the evolution of the craft over the last 100 years. The Belgian city of Bruges is one of the pearls of European architecture. The historic center preserving fabulous 12th-century buildings that beautify the banks of the numerous canals is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. We will visit the Market Square, its narrow medieval streets, its amazing Belfry and much more. We recommend in your free time visiting the Basilica of the Holy Blood where the venerated blood of Christ is kept. Bruges remains famous for its textiles, for exquisite chocolate and of course for delicious Belgian beer with more than 1500 different varieties. After the visit we return to the hotel in Paris.
DAY 08 PARIS – LUCERNE – ZURICH
Breakfast. Early in the morning departure to reach Zurich. We will make a brief panoramic visit in Lucerne to enjoy its well-preserved medieval architecture, its covered and open bridges as well as its beautiful churches. Then we continue to Zurich, the largest city in Switzerland. Accommodation.
DAY 09 ZURICH – VENICE
Breakfast. We will take the road towards the border of Switzerland with Italy until we reach Venice. Accommodation.

Get ready to discover one of the main mountain areas of Europe belonging to the Uri Alps, in a unique natural environment, a true Alpine spectacle. Here engineering and nature merge, to access this imposing mountain with more than 3,280 m high, with the first rotating cable car of 360º, the Rotatory Air, which will allow you to appreciate the majesty of the Alpine landscape in its entirety, undoubtedly a privileged place. You can walk more than 150 m through ice in its glacier cave or walk on the only suspension bridge in the world, a glacier park that will give you a unique experience. DAY 10 VENICE – ROME
Breakfast. We will be amazed by the city of 118 islands and its more than 400 bridges, whose characteristics make it unique and exclusive, cataloged as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will tour the Bridge of Sighs and St. Mark’s Square, with its incomparable scenery where the Basilica stands out, jewel of architecture. DAY 11 ROME
Breakfast. We will take a brief panoramic tour of the city that ends in front of the border wall of the smallest but perhaps most powerful country in the world, The Vatican, governed by the Pope of the Catholic Church. Accommodation.

This visit will take us through the greatness of the Vatican Museums (with preferential entry) until we reach the Sistine Chapel, offering you as a plus access to St. Peter’s Basilica from inside the Vatican saving you the endless lines. With immense feeling, you will admire Michelangelo’s two moments: the Ceiling (at 33 years old) and the Last Judgment (already at 60 years old). And respecting the rigorous silence, you will simply let yourself go. Continue to St. Peter’s Basilica, where only by being inside you will understand its grandeur. Michelangelo will welcome you, in this case as a sculptor, with the Pietà. The great master Bernini and his famous Baldachin at the High Altar will also be present, protected by Michelangelo’s masterpiece, now as an architect, the enormous Dome of the Basilica.

We will go to the city of Naples where we will have a panoramic visit. During this visit we will see the historic center of the city that is included in the UNESCO Cultural Heritage List. The main sites are Piazza del Plebiscito, The Royal Palace, The Egg Castle and others. Afterwards we will visit the ruins of Pompeii, the ancient city buried after the eruption of Mount Vesuvius with its streets, workshops and houses preserved as they functioned two thousand years ago. This excursion will take the whole day. At the end we will return to the hotel in Rome.

The Island of Capri with boat ride. (Summer Option April 16 – October 14)
We head towards the port of Naples and continue towards the island of Capri by boat. In the island of Capri, the preferred place from Roman Emperors until today by celebrities and artists to vacation, we will take a boat ride around the beautiful island, that if the tide allows we will appreciate the majestic grotto, enjoying the unique tones of the incredible Tyrrhenian Sea, we will go to have lunch with one of the best views of the Island, then after tasting the typical limoncello di Capri we will stroll through the Piazza Umberto Ia which is the most famous square of the island, continuing through the alleys where we will keep appreciating the spectacular views of the island and we will have free time to enjoy the afternoon or if you wish to dive into that beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea if time allows. Then return to Naples by boat and transfer to the hotel in Rome.

DAY 13 ROME – FLORENCE
Breakfast. Then departure towards Florence, a city in the center of Italy and capital of the Tuscany region. Walking tour through this unmatched city where art will surprise you at every step. We will tour Piazza San Marco, passing in front of the Academy Gallery and arriving at the Straw Market. We will contemplate the combination of beautiful marbles on the façade of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and its unmistakable Giotto’s Bell Tower. We will also enjoy the Baptistery and its famous Gates of Paradise. We will look at the well-known Ponte Vecchio and arrive at Piazza Santa Croce to admire the Franciscan Basilica of the same name. DAY 14 FLORENCE – PISA – NICE
Breakfast and departure towards Pisa. This city is always identified by its famous Leaning Tower, accompanied by the beautiful architectural complex composed of the Cathedral and Baptistery. Then we will continue en route to reach the French city of Nice, capital of the Côte d’Azur with its beautiful Mediterranean nature. Accommodation.

Officially the Principality of Monaco is a sovereign city-state on the French Riviera. It borders France to the north, east and west, and the Mediterranean Sea to the south. We will see the Opera and the famous Monte Carlo Casino where elegance, architecture and lighting come together to form a unique environment recognized as one of the most expensive places in the world. Fasten your seatbelt because you will travel part of the Formula One circuit, see the award area where the well-known driver Checo Pérez obtained said award.
DAY 15 NICE – BARCELONA
Breakfast. Departure towards Spain crossing the regions of Provence, the Alps, the Côte d’Azur and Occitania, arriving in Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of the Catalonia region, recognized for its art and architecture. We will take a brief panoramic tour of the city to get to know the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, designed by the architect Antoni Gaudí, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Accommodation.

Poble Espanyol and Gothic Quarter
The Poble Espanyol, a true open-air museum, was built for the 1929 Barcelona International Exposition and consists of 117 buildings, streets and squares that still attract interest today. Here we will see examples of traditional structures from the different regions of Spain, we will visit interesting craft workshops. Afterwards we will search for mysteries of the city in the streets of the Gothic Quarter. In fact, the Gothic Quarter is the modern name of the historic center of the city which in turn comprises several neighborhoods, including the old Monte Táber, the crossing of the two main streets of the Roman city predecessor of today’s Barcelona.

1. Role of VAS HOLIDAYS
VAS HOLIDAYS acts primarily as an intermediary between the and third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rental companies, etc.), except in cases where it directly organizes Charters or Group Tours.
For bookings involving individual travel elements (e.g., flights, hotels, rental cars) or packages created and delivered by third-party providers, VAS HOLIDAYS serve solely as a mediator. In these cases, VAS HOLIDAYS is not a contractual party to the service agreement between the Customer and the service provider. Consequently, VAS HOLIDAYS is not liable for the performance, delivery, or quality of services provided by third-party suppliers.
Customers are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions of each third-party provider applicable to their specific bookings, including cancellation, refund, and change policies.
2. Confirmation and Travel Documents
2.1 Impossible Bookings
VAS HOLIDAYS’ system does not automatically prevent bookings that may conflict, such as two flights to the same destination at overlapping times or a flight and activity tickets in different locations for the same timeframe. If such bookings are made, refunds will not be provided, and the booking will remain subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.
2.2 Customer Responsibility for Legal and Travel Requirements
It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to:
VAS HOLIDAYS and its suppliers are not responsible for providing guidance on such requirements or guaranteeing the Customer’s ability to meet them. Failure to comply may result in the service being denied without the right to a refund.
2.3 Electronic Confirmation
Confirmation of reservations is provided electronically. In cases where vouchers or other travel documents cannot be immediately issued due to technical updates or supplier requirements, they will be sent to the Customer via email or other appropriate means.
2.4 Visas and Entry Requirements
Customers are responsible for contacting the relevant embassies or authorities to obtain accurate and up-to-date information on visa, passport, and entry requirements for their destinations. Failure to secure the required documentation is not the responsibility of VAS HOLIDAYS, and no compensation will be provided in such cases.
3. Data Protection Under Albanian Law
VAS HOLIDAYS ensure the protection of personal data in full compliance with the provisions of Law No. 9887, dated 10 March 2008, “On the Protection of Personal Data,” as amended. In accordance with Article 27 of the law, VAS HOLIDAYS implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, unauthorized access, or other forms of unlawful processing. Users bear the responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, including email addresses and passwords. Any failure to secure these credentials that results in unauthorized access is not the liability of VAS HOLIDAYS.
While VAS HOLIDAYS make all reasonable efforts to ensure the security of its website and systems, it cannot guarantee that the website is free from viruses or other harmful components. Users are strongly advised to take personal precautions, such as installing antivirus software and securing their internet connections, to mitigate such risks.
Personal data collected through our services is processed only for legitimate, specific, and explicitly stated purposes, as required by Article 6 of the law, and only with the prior consent of the user. VAS HOLIDAYS guarantee that personal data will be processed confidentially and used strictly for the purposes for which it was collected, as mandated by Article 28.
By utilizing our services, users confirm their understanding of an agreement with these terms, including their obligation to ensure compliance with all applicable data protection requirements. 4. PAYMENT
4.1 Service Fees
Credit and debit card companies impose processing fees for transactions made using their cards. Consequently, a non-refundable Transaction Fee of 2.5% is applied to certain travel bookings, including but not limited to flights, flight and hotel packages, hotel bookings, dynamic packages, transfers, car rentals, activities, events, cruises, and group bookings. This Transaction Fee is included in the final price displayed to the Customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are completed in accordance with the instructions provided by VAS HOLIDAYS. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in delays, cancellation of bookings, or additional penalties, for which VAS HOLIDAYS bears no liability.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 General Refund Terms
If a refund is due to be processed by VAS HOLIDAYS under the applicable Terms and Conditions, the Service Fee (4%-10%) charged on the original booking will remain non-refundable in all cases. This fee covers administrative and payment processing costs that are incurred regardless of the booking outcome.
5.2 Refund Process for B2B Users
For users with Business-to-Business (B2B) accounts, any refunds approved by VAS HOLIDAYS will be credited exclusively as a Deposit in the user’s account. This Deposit can only be used for future bookings on the VAS HOLIDAYS platform and is non-transferable.
5.3 Refund Process for B2C Users
For users with Business-to-Consumer (B2C) accounts, refunds will be processed as follows:
5.4 Exchange Rate Variations
For bookings made in foreign currencies, any refund amount may vary due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates between the time of booking and the time of refund processing. VAS HOLIDAYS is not liable for any differences arising from such fluctuations.
5.5 Refund Eligibility and Limitations
Refunds are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the service provider (e.g., airline, hotel, or car rental company). Refund requests will only be processed once VAS HOLIDAYS has received confirmation from the service provider regarding the refund eligibility and amount.
6. DEFERRED BOOKINGS
6.1 Payment Limit Timeframe
If a Customer chooses the Deferred Payment option when making a reservation, the system will automatically generate a specific Payment Limit Timeframe. This timeframe will be displayed at the time of booking confirmation.
6.2 Booking Confirmation and Pending Payment
Once the reservation is confirmed, the booking status will show as Booking Confirmed, even if the payment status is pending. However, the reservation remains conditionally confirmed and subject to automated cancellation if the full payment is not received by the specified Payment Limit date and time.
6.3 Customer Responsibility
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the payment is completed within the Payment Limit Timeframe. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the automatic cancellation of the booking, without further notice, and VAS HOLIDAYS shall bear no liability for such cancellation.
7. BOOKING STATUS
7.1 Accessing Booking Status
Customers can verify the status of their bookings directly in the Bookings section of their account or by reviewing the details provided on the booking voucher.
7.2 Confirmed Bookings
A booking is considered fully confirmed only if the system displays the status Booking Completed for all services included in the reservation.
7.3 Other Statuses and Actions Required
If the system displays any other status, such as Pending to be Confirmed, On Request, Not Booked, or any similar indication, it is the Customer’s responsibility to immediately contact the VAS HOLIDAYS support team. The support team will review the status and provide the necessary updates or clarifications.
7.4 Customer Responsibility
Failure to verify or clarify the booking status in cases where it is not fully confirmed may result in the cancellation or non-fulfilment of the reservation. VAS HOLIDAYS assume no liability for any losses incurred due to delays in contacting support or failing to address unresolved booking statuses.
8. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
8.1 General Policy
VAS HOLIDAYS operate strictly within the scope of its standard Terms and Conditions. In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as health-related issues, bereavement, or other unpredictable events, VAS HOLIDAYS do not guarantee refunds, compensation, or modifications to bookings beyond what is provided under the applicable policies of the relevant third-party suppliers.
Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and beyond the reasonable control of VAS HOLIDAYS or its service providers.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, VAS HOLIDAYS shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its contractual obligations. This includes, but is not limited to, the inability to provide travel services, refunds, or amendments, where such failure or delay arises directly from the force majeure event.
The Customer must notify VAS HOLIDAYS promptly in the event they are unable to fulfil their contractual obligations due to force majeure. Failure to provide timely notification may limit the remedies available under this clause.
Where possible, VAS HOLIDAYS will endeavour to assist the Customer in rescheduling travel services affected by force majeure or provide alternative solutions. Any such changes or cancellations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the individual suppliers. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the supplier’s policies, and VAS HOLIDAYS cannot guarantee full or partial refunds in these circumstances.
VAS HOLIDAYS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, additional expenses, or damages incurred as a result of force majeure events. Customers are advised to address claims for compensation directly with the respective service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels)
VAS HOLIDAYS strongly advise Customers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellations, delays, and other disruptions caused by force majeure events.
8.2 Support for Exceptional Requests
Customers facing exceptional circumstances may contact VAS HOLIDAYS support to facilitate communication with third-party providers. While VAS HOLIDAYS cannot directly authorize refunds or modifications in such cases, it will endeavour to assist the Customer in accordance with the supplier’s policies and authorizations.
8.3 Loss of Personal Belongings
VAS HOLIDAYS is not responsible for incidents involving the loss of personal belongings, delayed or missing baggage, or similar issues. Customers must report such incidents immediately to the local authorities or the responsible service provider (e.g., airline or hotel) for resolution.

9.10 Cruises
(a) Cruises Booking Status
Once the reservation is confirmed, the booking status will show as Booking Completed, even if the payment
status is pending. However, the reservation remains conditionally confirmed and subject to automated cancellation if the full payment is not received by the specified Payment Limit date and time.
However sometimes cruises offers are processed on an ON-REQUEST basis, so it is necessary to wait for the final
confirmation from our support team.
(b)Confirmation and Applicable Policies
Once the cruise booking is confirmed, it will be subject to the cancellation and change policies accepted during the booking process, usually nonrefundable and not changeable. Customers must review these policies thoroughly before proceeding with the reservation.
(c)Unforeseen Changes or Delays
VAS HOLIDAYS is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic disruptions or operational issues.
Customers must inform VAS HOLIDAYS’ support team immediately if issues arise. The support team will coordinate with local and third-party suppliers to determine whether the request can be accommodated. However, the final decision rests with the supplier, and VAS HOLIDAYS bears no liability for the outcome.
(d) Change or Cancellation Requests by the Customer
If you wish to modify or cancel a service within a Dynamic Package, you must submit a request toVAS HOLIDAYS. Changes or cancellations are not processed immediately. The support team will review your request, inform you of applicable conditions for each service, and provide any additional charges or refundable amounts.
Once confirmed, the updated status will reflect as Cancelled or display the amended details in the booking area.
(e)Responsibility and Liabilities
VAS HOLIDAYS is not responsible for:
Denied service due to failure to meet supplier requirements (e.g., documentation, age, credit card, anyon board taxes and charges such as service tips or other taxes).
Any additional fees imposed by the supplier for non-standard requests (e.g., services purchased on board).
(f) Customer Complaints
The Cruise ship company, acting as organizer, will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the cruise package. While VAS HOLIDAYS will make reasonable efforts to assist on handling any customer request or claim, the final outcome will always be subject to the handling of the supplier.
The client should always report their complaint while using the service and state any issues during the service.
(g) Compliance with Instructions
Customers are responsible for adhering to all instructions provided on the booking voucher. Failure to follow these instructions, including arrival times and meeting points, may result in the loss of the service or additional charges. VAS HOLIDAYS assume no liability for missed transfers due to non-compliance.
(h) Cruise Ship Conditions
In case of a cruise some of booking the details are also subject to the general conditions of the shipowners and organizers. For this reason, the customer should verify the terms and conditions of the Cruise Ship Company on their booking:
