Cádiz ligger i det sydlige Spanien, i regionen Andalusien. Dens kystlinje er en del af Costa de la Luz (Lysets Kyst) og byder på talrige gyldne sandstrande, der spænder fra strande i byområder til omfattende, praktisk talt uberørte sandstrækninger.
